ElectroNova – Shipping Policy
At ElectroNova, we understand that getting your home appliances and lighting essentials quickly and safely is important to you. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives securely at your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Times
  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
  • High Volume Delays: During peak holiday seasons or major sales events, processing times may take up to 4 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options depending on the total weight and dimensions of your order (e.g., heavier items like ceiling fans vs. lightweight items like LED bulbs).
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5 to 7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2 to 3 business days after processing.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD (before taxes and after discounts).
Please note: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
  • Restrictions: Due to the size and weight of certain electrical appliances (such as multi-pack ceiling fans or heavy irons), we cannot ship certain large items to P.O. Boxes.
  • Alternative: Please provide a physical residential or business street address at checkout to avoid any fulfillment delays.

4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries, including the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
  • Delivery Estimates: International orders typically arrive within 10 to 21 business days.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ElectroNova is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking link. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 4 days of receiving your confirmation email, or if your package has stalled, please contact us at support@electronova.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

6. Shipping Damage and Fragile Items (LED Bulbs & Kettles)
We pack our items with protective materials to ensure they survive transit. However, accidents can happen.
  • Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
  • Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass on a kettle or cracked LED bulbs), please email our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requirements: Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging it arrived in. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately at no extra cost to you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Lost Packages
  • Address Corrections: The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate. If you notice an error, please email us immediately. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot modify the delivery address.
  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.
